How to deal stress?

Do you get nervous and stressed during your finals?
Then you should know that stress leads to:


-disrupted sleep
-headaches
-you can't concentrate
-memory loss
-and even risk for heartattacks

Here a few tips that can help you:

-find a simple routine task, allowing your mind to relax and focus.

-a warm bath or warm shower can change your mood.   

                
-Get out! Go  for a jog. Exercise lessens anxiety.

-Meet with friend and laugh

-Treat yourself with something yummy like dark chocolate.
