Are you a teenager?
If the answer is YES, then your life at the moment is very very complicated.
STRESS, FRIENDS, BOYS/GIRLS, SCHOOL, LIFE, ENEMIES, COMPUTER, PARENTS, HOMEWORK...
We don't have time to manage all this things.
How can we be ready for school, have learned and have done all of our homework, eat healthy, dress properly, sleep at least 8 hours, do hobbies, get social and still be happy and energised?
No. We can't do all of this things at once.
Here are some tips that can help you find the priorities in your life:
1.
Don't spend all of your precious tome on social medias. They can teach you a lot of things but why seeng your enemies selfies?
2.
Be in a group of friends where you feel comfortable to be with.
3.
Don't get yourself in trouble with your health. You may regred it later.
4.
Help others. You never know when you're gonna need their help.
5.
Before you say NO try to listen. If you don't agree, then say NO.
6.
Don't stress with too much learning.
You need too learn but it won't help you if you study the whole night right before the exam.
7.
Try to communicate more with your parents.
It may sound strange but if you want peace and silence at home you must pay attention to what they say and not to what they yell. If they yell at you - you're in trouble. To run from the conflict you can apologize even if you are right.
8.
Go OUTSIDE and have FUN.
The point isn't to go in the park and the whole time to be on your phone.
Play games like tennis, footbal, volleyball...If you don't like sports you can bring musical instrument and find inspiration there.
9.
Listen to music.
It's scientific proven that listening to music reduces stress and it helps concentrate.
